Cedar Waxwings are striking birds well known for their high pitched calls and love of berries. They can be found in groups of tens or more, pillaging bushes and trees for “berried” treasures. This one enjoyed an entire canopy of berries to itself, one berry at a time.
Fun Fact: Cedar Waxwings love berries and can become intoxicated from eating too many overripe berries!
