Testimony of A Twitter Convert

For the past week, I’ve been debating back and forth on whether to give Twitter a try. What really got me thinking was a riveting post by Marshall Kirkpatrick about Twitter practically paying his rent. He showcases some of Twitter’s greatest strengths and functions that I’ve yet to hear about elsewhere. It’s a really great read. On top of that, I’ve been feeling a little unsatisfied with Jaiku and Pownce for the lack of “activity”. A couple of days later browsing through the awesomely revamped Board X forum, I came across the Twitter thread. Sign? Definitely! After reading that some of my closest online friends are using Twitter, I decided to give it a try.

While reading a CNN article about the Facebook course being offered at Stanford, I came across this quote that read “I’d never take a class on Myspace.” I find that to be very interesting, so I pose the question of which class would you take, assuming both were being offered? Myspace or Facebook?
